Friday, December 13, 2002 the sum of everything before this equals nothing more than what you're experiencing now. i once had a real good time - and i once had a real bad time - and once i was in between. everything else is a tired blur. seeing my uncle remove his thumb only to put it right back, laughing for no reason at the dinner table with a mouth full of milk and not being able to stop, seeing the top of a head of a dead body as my mother drove passed a traffic accident, seeing wholeness and experiencing wowness in my best teenage form, loving and loathing all the people around me, tripping out in my friends bathroom - the fear, typing the opening words "it was like pissing yourself at a circus", and trying to alter time. so i think even if it was water in my mouth, i'd still have to work on monday. posted by Simon Friday, December 13, 2002 |
